Junior Governance, Risk and Compliance Associate


We are seeking a talented Entry-level Associate to join our Lenders Insurance Advisory (LIA) team.

Job Description: 


This position offers the opportunity to develop your career within our expanding LIA practice.


Your responsibilities will include the following:


  • Execute audit objectives that effectively address key controls and risks for Internal Audit clients on an outsourced basis
  • Assist with Service Organization Control (SOC) examinations
  • Assist with the execution of MGA/MGU/TPA field Inspections
  • Perform analytical review of client data & Interact with clients to report results of audits
  • Assist in the development of proposals; develop methodologies, tools, and techniques for use by the team on future assignments; identify opportunities to expand our consulting presence at existing clients.
  • Work with Managers to develop an individual career development plan focused on skills and experience enhancements, customized career development plans, and achieving developmental milestones within the practice to further your progression within the firm.


Qualifications: 


  • Strong academic credentials (Minimum GPA of 3.0)
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Eligible to sit for the CPA exam (150 credit hour requirement)
  • Ability to work in a professional environment
  • Active involvement in organizations (volunteer or campus related)
  • Excellent analytical, computer and oral/written communication skills
  • Motivated and hard working in order to meet client deadlines and provide excellent service to clients
  • Ability to work as part of a team and build constructive working relationships with co-workers and clients
  • Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.
